Alright so heres what im aiming to do, drew a picture just to help illustrate exactly what im looking for.
__________________I want to add 2 more side fans into the plexiglass window, just as the stock 1 is, same diameter and same holes for screws. The picture tells it all I want to know what kind of drillbit/whatever i would need to do this to make a 3 1/4 hole without splitting the plastic or anything like that. Im gonna do the same thing to the top of the case as a top exhaust fan as well so im sure whatever cuts the plastic will cut the aluminum/steel ![]() Thanks for any help

I've used a dremel to cut holes in plexiglass side panels before, other than that i've got no more advice to give.

With a circle cutter do you just attach that do a drill just like a hole saw?

If you use a hole saw in reverse and press softly, it doesn't crack or split the acrylic
