Paint a teletubby on the side and cut out a section of the case for a TV screen in the tummy and put a small LCD screen behind it (inside the case) giving you temperature statistics for your system.

paint acrylic windows with hole for fan drill with 4 and half inch hole saw and go slow. Use a drummel to make the case cut, then a jigsaw to cut out pattern. Make a 4 and half inch hole on the top of your case to vent air. Airbrush is cool but I havent done that yet myself. Use a 3 and a half inch hole saw for a 92mm cut, I cant remeber the size for an 80mm cut. but defiantly paint. Lots of paint

On a serious note, you can do what I mentioned (a small LCD screen to read temps) so you can watch them easily while full screen gaming. I'm not sure of what's required to run it, but I've seen it and it looks very, very nice.
