Case Complete, Ready to Ship
I will post some shots in a bit. No Worklog..did not have the time nor inclination to capture the shower of plexi chips...but thanks to Syrillian I have adorned Omega's case with a very nice and totally personal side panel featuring some amazing work by our resident Champeen Modder: Syrillian.
It's almost over...except for the picutres OmegaNemesis28 MUST post after putting his case together.

 I left the protective backing on (or rather re-applied it) hence the white behind it. The panel above is the clear blue (w/tape over it) screwed to the top panel and routed for the fanhole.    Here I have placed the panel against my own Raptor X case to show how it would look.  It's a complex (read: Syrillian) side panel that has a colored piece on the interior and then the lettered piece and an accent peice on the exterior of the clear panel...frankly until he explained what he had done I was clueless I cut out both the exterior and interior trim panel to reveal the Raptor X that OmegaNemesis28 is now obligated to buy The panels are secured with button head torx drive screws tapped into the acrylic. I even included a T-15 tool so Omega can take off the top panel to mount his fan. Here's one last look with the backing paper in place...the Logo Syrillian came up with is top notch.    This is one of the top panels I am including. I mounted the trim piece from Syrillian and routed and beveled the fanhole. The piece must be removed to install the fan. I also made a second top that has two fan holes to accomodate a BIP 240 or similar radiator.   And here's the panel I made...the flame is applied to the exterior of the motherboard panel...a nicely backlit board or some subtle lighting would make this look pretty cool.  ANd there you have it. Shipped off today. I look forward to some pictures from OmegaNemesis28 when he gets it together. One little problem I forgot to ship the instruction sheet...Ahhh who reads instruction sheets anyway....
