I want to cut two holes below the rear 120mm fan exhaust to fit my WC tubing but I don't know what tools to use. I have a dremel but there is no way I can cut even holes with it. Any suggestions?

The holes dont have to be even, just cut some random hole and put the tubing through it. You could always cover it up with tape, then stick the tubes through that.

Something like this will work, just use the 3/4" bit and some sort of channel molding to protect the tubing from the sharp metal edges.

Is there anyway to buy a replacement of the ATX rear plate for the Armor? You know the piece that just screws off that has the slot of the IO shield plate and PCI slots?

What you want is a holesaw
Pick up one - say 1" diameter - and then use rubber edging around the edges

Find the hole saw that is for metal and wood. The wood ones are nasty to use. I would recommend using a small drill bit first to start a pilot hole. The hole saw is usually equipped with a larger drill bit, which is center mounted, that will move around on you.
