Default quiet 80mm LED fans?

what are some good quiet 80mm LED fans? My brother's transformer case came with these 2 loud ass 80mm fans and hes looking to replace them.

antec makes 80mm tri-cool fans which are very quiet on the low setting and pretty quiet on medium setting. they will be somewhat lou on high. but i like them nonetheless. however they dont hook up to a fan speed controller because they already have one built into it.

edit: these would also work. the link is for a green fan but you could look into that model with different colors.
