Default Suggestions for Transformer Case

Ok my setup is as follows: X2 4000+ OCd on stock cooling to 2520mhz, 8800GTS on stock cooling at 1000/2000, 2gb G.Skill Ram, ECS board. I am waiting for a Sound Blaster card, UFO 8800GTS cooler and a tower cooler for my cpu. Some UV red wrapping, Dual 12" UV Cathodes. Case is going to be a Sunbeam Transformer. Front fan is a Silverstone 120mm, rest are thermaltake 79CFM fans. Oh yeah and my PSU is a ROSEWILL 550watt. So any ideas on how to make it look more UV friendly? However my main concern is cooling.

Would replacing the acrylic with wire mesh increase ventilation significantly?

go into your userCP at the top of the top and inside there you can 'add rig' do that, put all your specs in so people know more about your system and its easier to get help
