I saw the date on the thread when I posted so I was directing those questions at anyone who could answer them; I have been looking online and find little to no information about MolexDuo connectors.

Can anyone advise me of the best Tool, or Method's they have used, to remove the pins on a Ultra X2 or X3 24 pin cable?

If you talking about removing male connectors, I used a plastic cement glue tip. I cut a little of it off, and it slides right over the connector and pull a little on the other end, and out it goes. No need to spend 20$ on a removal tool kit.

You could try this one. It does more connectors and is cheaper.
