Case Mod Competition - $200 in Prizes - Overclock.net

Overclock.net will award a $150 cash prize (through PayPal.com) for the top case mod created for this contest - as voted by a select panel of judges.

The top 5 winners will be awarded prizes of $150, $60, $35, $25 $15 respectively. In addition to a cash prize, each of the mods will be showcased on the homepage for one month.

Contest Rules
- Each submission must be created specifically for this contest.
- Entries must include a thorough guide detailing how you made this mod - including detailed pictures.
- You may start a thread at any time to document your entry.
- The system must be functional
(more rules may be added soon)

Important Dates
Registration Deadline: July 15
Submission Deadline: August 1

Also, Will there be any rules on what kind of mod it has to be? E.g. theme?

One more thing, About the specifically for this contest deal.. What about projects like My cube mod and Bindusar's Pyramid case? Both started a little prior to the contest, but still big projects..

No theme requirements. Jut be as original as possible

Re documenting your build:

- private documentation can be done here Case Mod Competition (Private Documenting Area) where only you will be able to see your own threads/posts
- Public documentation can be done in the Case Mod forum itself

Cash pot is not required for this comp as I do not want people to feel obligated to put money in.

If this gets big enough, we will up the stakes

So spread the word to any modders you may know.
