Default front usb/card reader/headphone&mic

I am going to pic up a junk case sometime this week and was wondering if my front media panel will fit in the standard cd/dvd slots or not. If it doesint i was thinking of cuting a bigger hole where the floppy hole is. I will upload some pics latter.
