Default Acrylic Cutting Questions and More

Hey,
Well, my 360GTX rad and 6xPanas are supposed to come in today, along with my FuZion and other assorted WC gear. I tore my A900 apart the otherday and I cut wire management holes in the mobo tray (god I hate my A900, but I'll spend the cash saved on a new case to make it sexy), and I'm going to be fabbing a custom radbox out of black acrylic. I will hopefully get a worklog up and going for this (minus the cable management mod, obviously) but I had a couple of questions I wanted to get cleared up before I started.

I removed the top, along with the nasty 200mm fan and usb/power/etc strip on the A900, and am going to be mounting black acrylic for the top, and I believe I am going to remove the front bezel and put black acrylic there as well. The Radbox is going to be mounted on top of this, with the barbs/masterkleer going through the top of my case. I wanted to mount my own power/reset buttons as well.

Is there any secret to cutting acrylic (1/4")? I have far from a well stocked toolkit, but if need be I can get access to ban saws, table saws, etc. However, I do have a nice jigsaw and rotary saw. Is there any prefered method to cutting acrylic? I'd like it to come out well (obviously) with nice clean edges.

Where is a good place with a nice assortment of buttons (normal push buttons, or even military switches, etc)?

Any help is appreciated.

I think a ban saw would be the easiest.

The radbox is going to be on top of the case? In that case I guess it would be ok, but anywhere else and it's going to need to be REALLY REALLY STrong. My swiftech radbox has trouble supporting my 360gtx and panas and shrouds.

As for switches, I think mnpctech.com has a bunch of those type or check petra's or jab-tech for some other mod supplies, good luck!

I wound up going with performance-pc.com and they had exactly what I needed. Now I just need a nice fan controller that will control these 6 banshees that just came in the mail. Anyone have any suggestions for a decent fan controller?
