Default My drive bay mod
Hey guys. Im looking to mod some sort of tube thats attached to a fan inside my drive bays haha. Kinda hard to explain so heres a picture of what I have so far. Not sure if I should move the fan alittle closer to the front or not. Was also thinking of making the fan a "turbine" Does this improve proformance or just appearance?

He wants to make a sort of tunnel for the fan. I don't know if this is useful, since it looks like the bay is already sealed off pretty well.

I dont think it will add any measurable increase in airflow to add a tube before the fan (intake)
I use them as exhausts to concentrate(direct) more of the air flow to where I want it.

You could put one in front and one after the HDD's (If that drive bay will be used)

i would put hdds in that bay with the fan blowing at them. it will cool the hdds and cool your case aswell.
