What sort of tools do you have at your disposal and how do you need it cut. 1st answer would be bandsaw

I think a jigsaw with a metal blade should cut well, just go slow...

Well if its a str8 cut just score it with a knife and snap it off clean.
If its a hole or curve use a saber saw with a fine blade. Tape both sides of where you want to cut with blue painters tape.

are you making a tower window?
high rpm'd dremel with a heafty blade unless you have a bandsaw/saber/jig (fastest way). you can actually hook the drem blade up to a massive speed drill if you get the poll attachment. but different geometric shapes sometimes calls for different measures

I need to make a "box" to put into my drive bays haha. I dont have any band saws or anything like that. I have a Jig Saw, Dremel, and a couple others.
*Update* Here is a diagram I drew. The arrow represents the open sides. ![]()
