This is strictly my opinion... you must have enough airflow happening already as you mention nothing about having any heat issues.

Adding a moderate flow blow hole to the top wouldn't likely hurt.... two wouldn't be advantageous because they would draw to much air away from the back of the MB where its needed to help cool the MB component...
What that means is the natural flow, in the bottom/front and out the rear/top and to much at the top will detract from the function of the rear exhaust which is important.

I would put a big 120mm fan on the top of the case to vent out all the hot air out the top of your case. If you're pumping so much air in, you need to get it out nearly as fast.
