Cut design on a side panel ? I used to use a dremel with carbon blade, but i need to cut a harder design... like tears

maybe try differant sized drill bits to get the general outline and then use a file maybe to refine it?

I think he means tears... as in tear in half....?

Do you have the Flex-shaft extension for the Dremel? That little attachment does wonders for precise work.

Ive also been trying to do this but find it impossible, ive got the flexi cable but only have them crappy cutting discs which break very easily, i think for cutting more complex designs you need the diamond coated cutting discs, ive ordered some, i just hope they are as good as they are made out to be.
