Yes. It should work.

The power on is routed from the 24-pin through the head unit and then to the motherboard.

I used something similar (Silverstone). It was really handy and kinda cool to turn the computer on from accross the room.

Oddly enough thats the exact unit I have been looking at for a few months now. Currently I have a remote start on one my computers I built about 4 years ago way before the remotes became more mainstream.


Just Cooler RC-168

Pretty hard to find these days and not as fancy as the newer style units but it did the job. Here is the review I found on the internet a long time ago that made me get it. Oh and it works awesome.

I just have my computer start up in the morning. In the Bios there is a setting. 5:45 INTERNET SURFING FTW!
