Default Cable management holes

After you cut holes for cable management what tool (that fits in a drill) is used to smoothen out the circumference of the the hole?

I use a dremel. There are different types or wheels to use, but most of the burrs are on the face of the metal, so it can help to hit it at an angle.

You could just use rubber grommets. If the size with the grommets is too small, you could always cut a larger hole to begin with. You can do a search on Google, there are a lot of places that sell them. I think they provide a cleaner, more professional look.

Any decent half round file would work. Just remember, file in one direction. You don't run it across the material in both directions, one way only.

Some of my holes might be 2 3/4in holes next to each other, forming an irregular shape. My cosmos came with some U-Channel, but not enough.

hey refresh, depot does have it. i bought one for my wire management. you can widen and sand the holes with drill extensions(i dont know what they are called). they were like $5 or $7 apiece. i bought one that looked like a cave man club with teeth(to widen) and a sanding bit to smooth the rough edges.
