So you don't think the heatsink is going to fit? If so can you reccomend a different that will. I measured 10 CM from the mobo.

if youre going to cut a case window, and dont plan to paint the case, use blue painters tape and apply it to the outside of the panel where you are cutting - it will help protect the edge where you are cutting from fraying

I have a AC Freezer Pro, I'll measure it when I get home for you The window, follow everyone's advice on taping the cut to keep it clean. Lights and fans are easy to install. Should be a pretty easy rebuild and should really improve the looks

heres my take
reason leaving the the 120mm is that it really helps getting the air out. trust me you need it. just even it out ( the measurements so it will look nice)

Also paint the insides coz.... damn!
paint will probably run you 20bucks. get a can of self etching primer and 2 cans of semi-gloss engine paint(dupli color). Its very easy to use even noob painters wont have any problems w/ it. as long as you follow instructions.

K thanks for the input I think I am going to do it that way dranom its looks good. I don't know if im going to paint inside yet but it would be easy because I have a air painter. Got my AC frezzer 7 pro today fit great and got my fans. Still have to get my plexi glass and lining and wire covering. What do you recommend to use for the window lining?

Oh man, Im sorry! I forgot to measure my AC Freezer for you I have finals this week, forgive me, glad it fit though bro!

For window lining use this C-Channel from our own CyberDruid. It just slips over th metal and makes it look alot better.
