Default Mod on Old Emachines Box
I gutted My old Emachine that I had for 8 Years and put a new board in it and cut in a Exaust fan in the top and two fans blowing in the side and rear. Cut the Top one in with a 2.5 inch Hole Saw and use a jig saw for the 120mm side fan. Have a Pentium D 925 @ 3.8 Ghz and it idles at 36-38 C and load at 42 C the CPU fan is stock and only runs at 700 - 800 RPM worked really good even though it is really crowded in there also saved the Windows XP product code so I didnt have to buy again.

it was off my old celeron cpu fan from the original computer tried to clean it a good as posible but oh well

I have some REEEEALY old 486 whitebox cases around here...I have been thinking of doing a "sleeper" mod with one

I have another fan but I really don't need it cooler infact i read somewhere that it loses efficiency much below these temps, I am trying to get my PD 925 above 4GHZ but having trouble

Maybe you could somehow remove the windoze key so as not to destroy it and paint the case black? would look awesome then.
