Any good ways to do this, or will I be fine with my trusty dremel, so long as I dont screw it up, which I probably will. BONDO TO THE RESCUE!!!

Are you cutting steel?
If so a jig saw followed by a file should take care of it. A dremel would take a lot longer but if that is all you have use it.
