Hi, I was wondering if anyone here uses, or have used EL wire.

El wire is good for highlighting certain areas or pieces inside your case and does not deliver sufficient light to light up your whole case like CCFL lighting. So in short it is good accent lighting but not good ambient lighting.

I have tried the red EL wire from xoxide. Its more pink than red. Maybe other colors are better
. As ice said They do not provide too much light. If you want to light up the whole case CCFL is going to work better.
