I personally have not tried it; but can see it being a useful tool for someone who is not very familiar with HTML and/or BB-script or a person who wants to have a more graphical way of compiling their logs.

Update 1.0.0.5
Had a little time to add and fix some stuff. The linked version now is 1.0.0.5
Changelog: -FIX: Fixed a bug where creating a new worklog, but then Cancelling still created the worklog. -CHANGE: FTP Site, Username, and Password are now no longer mandatory when creating a worklog. If you try to ftp images without having set these settings prior, the app will stop you. You can use the Edit menu at any time to enter the settings. -FIX: Corrected the settings dialog controls Tab Order -ADDED: The app can now sequentially rename all the files in a directory. Choose the Tools menu, then Rename Files. You will be prompted to select a directory. You will also be given the chance to prefix the sequence naming with a string of your choice, or you can leave it blank. If you intend to use a prefix type it in and press OK, if you dont want to use a prefix you can press OK or Cancel. If you use illegal filename characters as imposed by Windows OS the process will bomb out. Let me know of any problems - thanks  Upcoming Additions: Resize all files in a directory.

 there's no installer so just unzip the newest zip file into the directory where you have it now. The exe will get overwritten.

One thing I forgot to mention, if you plan on using the File Renaming Tool, do so before you add the images to a worklog. The renaming tool is independent of the rest of the app, so if you add images to a worklog, then rename them, the worklog has no way of knowing the filenames have changed. This same concept holds true if you move or delete the folder/files that a worklog points to.
just thought i'd mention that.
