How have you secured your rad (internally) with shrouds and also secure fans on the top?

When you say fans on top do you just mean on top of the rad?

Or do you mean have the fans under the plastic piece but ABOVE the metal piece, whilst the rad sits under the metal?

Yes, I mean have the fans above the metal piece while the Rad sits below.

GTX360. The only way I can get it mounted is to use 3 120x25mm fans as shrouds on the inside of the case, then use 2 fans screws (on each end diagonally) to secure the Rad, then use the remaining holes to attach the fans above. The dilemma I have is that leaves me not enough room to mount my GTX240.

I used the mounting screws that came with the rad, I had to lob them off for how I wanted to mount it and I am still in the process of getting some new ones. I also ordered fan screws that are a bit longer than standard. Here are some pics: http://www.overclock.net/case-mod-wo...-cosmos-s.html
There are a few Cosmos S builds on OCN, I'll add a couple more links here for ones I have followed.

Now i'm really confused!
Where are you mouting the 240GTX?

Are you after something which will go through the fans on TOP of the metal plate, though the metal plate into the showrds, through the shrowds into the rad?

Since Black Ice rads have an M4 thread you might be able to use some M4 threaded bar and stick a thumb wheel thingy on top of it.

You'll need to cut it into 70mm lengths but it would probably work.

First off, the GTX 240 is gonna be mounted in the front of my case taking up the bottom 6 bays.

You are almost onto what I want to do except I just need the screws to go through the fans on top of the metal plate, through the metal plate and into the shrouds. The shrouds are already attached to the Rad with the screws the Rad comes with and they only go from the bottom part of the shrouds(fans) through the rad. That means the top holes of the fans are still open.
