Default Need Some Feedback On Plastic/Plexglass Case

I was considering putting together my own case to fit my personal wants/needs...

I have the knowledge and tools to build a case out of plexyglass/plastic.

I was just wondering if it is a good method for a case? More or less considering the electric grounding benefits of the aluminum/steel cases and if a complete plastic case would cause issues?

I am just ready for a new case and not finding anything that just jumps out at me and fits my wants/needs aside from one or two that are 150$ or better

There's a whole lotta cases you can buy that are made of acrylic so you should be good with a plexiglass case. If acrylic cases don't have any grounding issues than your plexiglass won't either. Go for it custom cases are where its at! Post some pics for us too once you get started.

Thanks for the input...

I was more concerned if there was a grounding issue.

I like the look of them.. Plus Im more interested in getting some good airflow. My current case is getting old, and Ive already cut 2 holes in it to install more fans, so this would be a fun project for my three day weekend..

I will update..

I think it would be awsome to build a fully custom acrylic case. Plus if you want it to hide your wires, you can just get black acrylic and spray paint it black and then just leave an area not painted where you want a "window" if you do that.
