Painting my case!
Alright I wanna get some paint to paint the insides of my case and Im looking at two things:
Black metallic Paint (how much do I need to hit the inside well? Clear coat. Which kind if any specifics. And I might do 3-4 layers to protect my paint and for an extra glossy look

You need a primer, and some sandpaper of varying grits.

you will probably only need like one can of spray paint to paint the inside
and idk about clear coat really

You don't sand..., the paint might flake off in the future...
__________________Also, primer should be from the same manufacturer as the color coat.

You end up like me and your paint job chips. Always key the surface. ALWAYS! Even when using quality primer.
Working at an artist's pace yeilds artist's work. Going too fast will only make stuff go bad. Get a secondary el cheapo case if you have to, prepare to spend a week at least on sanding, priming, priming again, sanding the primer, then applying the various coats. In the end, it'll look like it was done by a body shop.

Yeah, and you need to sand after each coat, until you start applying the last few clear coats.

you should read a guide its much harder than you seam to think im getting ready to paint mine too. you have to sand evertyhing well, then you use metal bonding primer, sand it lightly, regular primer, sand lightly, multiple layers of color sanding lightly inbetween, then a few clear coat layers sanding inbetween, at the end you sand it all super lightly with very high grit sandpaper, then you need to rub it with some chemical. this isnt a guide i may be missing steps just giving you an idea so look it up on the forums and im sure youll find a good guide.

Holy hell I might skip painting all together, I dont have that much time or cases lying around... I need to keep up with my folding team
maybe when I get some other time on my hands.... thanks though - was expecting this to be done by thursday  Looks like Ill have to wait untill next vacation
