Default how to make custom paint stencil????

I want to put my logo (as provided from nickbunyun) on the side of a case that Im putting together for a friend (cheap case and I have a dummy case to test on) I was trying to make a stencil of the design so i could spray paint it on there but I was using a box cutter knife thing, and paper, the edges where all jaggy and not the smooth clean look I wanted. Does anyone have any other ideas as to what i can try?

Try using thicker paper and a scalpel.

Using "fine line'' tape on the edges will enhance the appearance, its available at automotive paint stores.

Also, using just a safety razor blade (blade only) works good for me too... some like xacto knifes but they dull to fast for the cost.

The blue fine line tape by 3m is very flexible so you can make curves or straight lines and have a very clean edge.

If you want something that you can use over and over again I would get some very thin plastic. I have done that in the past. Make your design on paper then transfer it to the plastic then it wont ravel or anything and you can use it for a very very long time.

Buy avery sticker paper #03383, print out your design on that, stick it to your panel and use a razor blade or exacto knife to cut it out.

Try buying some very very thin plastic, but not so thin that it won't stay straight, and use a scalpel or some other sharp instrument to cut your design out. Plastic won't give you little fuzzy lines, and you can re-use it, so win-win.
