Default C-Channel Molding for window...

Hey, I'm planning on cutting a window in my CM690. I don't want to buy the c-channel at mnpctech because they have ridiculous shipping charges, so I'm trying to find an alternative. I see a lot of people with really thick moldings that are around their windows and I don't really like that too much, so I want to get a nice thin channel. I was wondering if this would be alright for the job?

http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=21505

also here's some more...
I'm unable to get a direct link so go to mcmaster.com, and in the search box type "8507K14" to get a highlight of the molding.

I'm thinking mcmaster would be the better choice for cheaper shipping, Let me know what you think. Thanks

Yeah, but for convenience I wanted to avoid doing that.

MNPCTECH has the best price that I have found on the U-Channel @ $2.99 for 6 feet. I ordered 3-6' sections and with shipping it came out under $15.

Most others sell it by the foot for $1.99....

Yeah, I just ended up getting it at MNPCtech anyways, It's a nice site and I thought that I would support it.

mnpctech buys from McMaster-Carr, and mnpctech only stocks one of the many sizes and shapes.

www.mcmastercarr.com
search c-channel, youll see what I mean.
cheaper prices, cheaper shipping (way cheaper)

dont get me wrong I love mnpctech, but mcmaster-carr is the ***** for this type of stuff
