Spray paint black, Dual plexi glass windows for the upper and lower half. Intake holes and mount 120mm fans on each plexi window. = Win

Im not spray painting it, my friends uncle runs an auto restoration shop and he said he would give me a deal on an awesome paint job, I was thinking pearlescent (spelling) green lol.

In the the crappy thing I made, the smaller circles would represent an 80mm fan, and the larger ones are 120mm, and the big one on the "window" lol is a 250 mm.

Its got plenty of room. I was thinking somwhere along the lines of 20-25 case fans. I have to wait for the thing to get to my house then I can estimate how many I need.

Does Menards have those cookie cutter drill bits for cutting steel? I am going there to get some supplies.

Hm, maybe you could make 4 plexiglass windows, 2 on each side and divide your 20-25 fans up evenly as an exhaust/intake type of thing.

Sorry for the double post, but is 250mm case fan the biggest fan that you can buy. Anything bigger, it appears, is already on the case, and I don't wanna buy a $100 case for the 20 dollar case fan..
