I needed to drill a couple of holes for tube routing, but I'm not sure if the drill I have is powerful enough to go through my case. Here's my case and here's the drill I have.
Thanks in advance ![]()

That is more than enough to drill through your case.

Youre drill will be plenty powerful enough, I used a cheapy no namer with a dieing battery and successfully drilled through my case. My case is steel btw.

Going through metal. Get a 14v or 18v man.
Or just buy a corded electrical Drill... 9v is going to be cheap.

might want ot gradually work your way up , kinda feel it out if you think a 3/8 or whatever 1/2" hole will go through go for it, id probably step it up though or use a uni-bit they are nice

Forget the cordless. Most of the time they are speedy, but have no torque behind them.
The only cordless I would use are the types used by roofing companies for drilling into sheet metal. The others are lame at best. A corded drill will have plenty of power, sink holes cleanly and effortlessly.
