Photos! I still have to get a hold of a file(probably tomorrow)! Oh, and i upgraded a buncha stuff: lapped TRUE+CPU, crossfire 4850s, another samsung 500gb HD(now i have 2), and kaze master fan controller.
__________________![]() ![]() ![]() I put a fan in the back and used tape to temporarily hold it. Is this dangerous? What else can I use to hold the fan in place? ![]() ![]() ![]() This is off-topic(too lazy to make another topic) but I think I totally screwed up lapping and seating my TRUE. I bought a 1/4 sheet pckit, but that 1/4 sheet of 400 grit was NOT enough to sand even one of them(TRUE/CPU). So basically I had to move on without fully sanding all the nickel off. But, I did remove all the nickel from the middle of both, so I hope the results I get aren't too bad. Also, when I was seating the TRUE I took it off after I had put thermalpaste on it...I was too lazy to wipe and repaste... Anyways, I haven't turned on my computer yet because I'm waiting for a fan to put on the TRUE. And, for the TRUE backplate, I was just suppose to stick that thing back there with the white plastic right? I didn't have to take off that black mesh did I?....
