if you want fancy stuff then use those guys. for cheap sheets for a basic window go to lowes or home depot.

Lowes or Home Depot have it up to 1/4".

 If your panel is not loadbearing, then 1/8" thick is sufficient, and can readily support the weight of several 120mm fans.

As Syrillian indicated, if the part is not load bearing, then 1/8" or 3/16" is sufficient; otherwise, go with at least 1/4"
