Default Bahh.. any advice on what size hole saw to get?

I wanting to drill 2x holes on my acrylic window for vga area intake fans. They're gonna be dual 92mm. What size whole saw should i get, i did some calculations.

92mm = 3.622 inches

Hole saws sizes are

3 5/8in = 3.625 inches = 92.074mm
3 1/2in = 3.5 inches = 88.9mm

Should i get the first one or the second one?

Also for cutting acrylic, should i get a bi-metal hole saw?

i think the 3 5/8 is the best imo. difference is only to the thousandth of an inch. may be a hole "SLIGHTLY" bigger than 92 >_>..

i use a bi-metal hole saw. works perfectly fine. also handy if u need it for metal in the future

bi-metal is good for metals an you can use it on acrylic, if you go slowly
normally for a 92mm fan people use a 3.5" hole saw

fan = holesaw
80mm = 3.0"
92mm = 3.5"
120mm = 4.5"

the 3 5/8 holesalw is slightly bigger than 3.5 but as long as it doesnt end up interfering with the screw holes you can use that if you like

the reason for "slightly undersized" holesaws in that adjacent holes can be cut without them interfering with each other; also, the sizes match the actual diameters of the fan blades.
