so in my valkyrie work log, i'm using a terminal board for power.... and for the inverter it has this two pin plug but its also connected to a pci slot switch thingy. you'll notice in the pic that on the switch, it has yellow and red, so 12v and 3v.. supposedly but on the 2 pin plug, it has red and black... so i'm not sure which one to use... 3v or 12v? cause i want to cut the wire so that it connects directly to the terminal board... and add a different switch... i hope i'm making sense...





edit: nvm.... i found out that they just used the red for no reason. i took apart the switch and took a look at it. all it is, is that it sends the voltage through one area into the next, not a pci board nothing. so... its pure 12v. haha... alrighty then.. take now, bye bye then.

Yeah it's just a switch and they use the red to differentiate the switched power from the always hot supply line.

You might wand to pull the inverter out of the blue housing as well; since I've heard of them overheating a lot and burning out.
