Question Moding programs

are there any programs that can help you design a case like paint but allot better.

also how can i post what i made on ocn. i have it made but i don't know how to take a screen shot.

3D CAD programs are the way to go; Sketchup is typically used in the modding community since it's free and for some easy to learn, but i personally prefer Pro/E and find it more intuitive.

Yeah, Sketchup is one of the best free 3d solutions, can also try blender if you want more complex modeling solutions...You can do other designs in like photoshop, or gimp, the free version of PS if you wanted to do it in 2D like paint..
