I have some pieces that are 5"x5"x8" you ever polish it so theres no cut marks?

Understanding acrylic properties as you have so gloriously detailed may in fact help me "fine tune" my Spider case design. It's easy to come up with design ideas, but to properly implicate them without understanding the properties of the medium it's being constructed from can hinder the project before it even begins.

great guide Syrillian.
do you plan to include a acrylic bonding guide as well? it would help a lot if proper ways to put an acrylic structure together is included here as well.
