rado, excellent sources here, thanks for the info compilation...

I've bought pre-wired LEDs off ebay from Chinese suppliers in the past. Great prices & great quality!!! Only downside is shipping usually takes up to 14 days.

Much cheaper than Radioshack as well

You're right that Chinese suppliers can often be somewhat less expensive than others; I got the switches for RAD-GT (similar to the Bulgin push buttons) for about $3 each from a Chinese supplier.
