what material should i use? i dont want take ruin my blank bay covers...
should i make it in plexiglas or aluminum?

some 120mmfan, i havent really diceded yet

Just bum some extra bay covers from a friend and paint as needed, Here is mine with an 80mm but it is intake, The holes in the covers and door were cut on a CNC machine, I wanted them perfect because I was not going to use any trim around them.
