Here's the deal. I'm ordering an acrylic sheet for my case window from McMaster, and would like to order my uchannel from there as well to save on shipping. My main problem is that there's so many different kinds of rubber u-channel, all sorts of shapes and sizes, that I'm rather lost. Also, I need it not only for my window (which will probably be 10" by 10") with a 12" by 12" acrylic sheet, but also for three 120mm fan holes that I'll be cutting. I certainly don't mind extra, so long as it's not too much of a waste; I just want to rest assured that I'll have enough.

You want 1/4" wide u-channel, like numbers 2 and 4, depending whether or not you want rounded edges. Number 2 looks like what Bill Owen, renowned case modder, sells on his site

I use this stuff for my corners after modding with a dremel and it's great. Petra's is awesome too. You can ship by USPS first class mail and it's only a buck or two.

yeah, and Bill only stocks one size and shape of u-channel, whereas mcmaster has tons of variety. I support mnpctech when I can but I wont base design ideas/choices on any one place's stock choices. Mcmaster is an awesome place to get almost anything.
