Yea it looks liek it does. There's a little blue layer sticking inside the case from the side hole.

In the specs it say 1 80mm fan included (yes) and room for 2 120mm fans not included

unless stated what you see is what you get

Just select the photo gallery and you can see it plain as day on the inside of the panel.
