I would give it a 3, a 4 definetly if you get rid of those cables, hide them behind mobo, and DITCH those darn round IDE cables. You can use ribbon IDE's and flatten them to run up the mobo to your optical drives. I did that and you can't even see them. Round cables are just saying " Look at my cables!!". I would probably bump it up to a 4 anyways just because I am a fan of the X-Dreamer II case for some reason....can't put my finger on it but I just like those cases, hmmm.....^^. Also a 5 would ONLY be awarded if you pulled out some case mods a.k.a like my x-dreamer with the window roof and cd rom etc.... Like the lighting effect, green = good. Front LED fan controller sadly doen't match with the rest of your case so its kinda awkward when you are staring at skittles instead of nice all blue or a direct contrasts red/blue or whatever. Honestly whats with that light sticking outside the case? Also Turn your side intake into a 120mm fan, it will get rid of that awkward fan sticking WAY out there and plus you also noticed how big of a difference the side intake fan makes..... The mods wouldn't be very expesive and would turn your tower into l33t pwnzor crazy chocolate goodness. Overall , with all my comments and suggestions, I would give it a 3. I grade really hard.

I'd give you 2.5. with lot's of promise. You have a lot of different colours that seem to clash. Maybe mount HD's facing the other way so all your cables are completely hidden at the front.
Also The top CCFL could be mounted higher so you only reflected glow it looks more subtle that way.
Ditch the yellow cable ties and run all your wiring around the ourside edges of your case to hide them.
No offense please meant.
It just looks off the shelf a bit. Try to find a theme of something you like and put some your personality into it.
It's a great start..

the wiring is wonderful! .. i like it, buuuuuuut if i was you, i would have gone with a bigger case, and modded in a window that was only like say... 3/4 of the whole side so you had a bit of room near the back and a ton of room at the front where u could hide wires etc. also, if you did that you could have some really pimping logo, made with maybe some glow in the dark, or reflective material so then you could have like your comp's name, or your name, or whatever! written across the bottom of your case, and then you could have some cool cathodes at the back of the case where its hidden lighting it up, causing people to ooh and awe in orgasmic sequence and then get some uv reflective pens or something and color the mobo if you wanted! ... lol but your case is beautiful as is, i give you a 3.5/5 ... sorry about the rambling, that is kinda what im gonna do to the comp im building now.. lol.. ive put a lot of thought into it
