Default Silencing NZXT Nemesis Elite, Part II

I had a thread something like this a long time ago but the circumstances have changed. So let me reintroduce my problem to you. I have a black NZXT Nemesis Elite. It is loud. Very loud. It came with three 120mm fans, I have the rear one hooked up to my mobo so I know that its RPM is about 1800, as is the side one because they are the same, the front one though (2.88v instead of 1.8v) is slightly louder. So, I recently came accross 50 dollars and want to know how to make my case quieter. The fans themselves arent TOO loud, when I lay them on my desk there is only a very quiet buzzing, but when they are screwed into the case, the vibration is resonated off my aluminum case walls and severely amplified. Does anyone know of any GOOD products that WORK to reduce this? I am looking for vibration dampening fan mounts/weighted screws/fan silencers etc. OR maybe some low dBA, high cfm fans to replace mine. If I go the route of fans, I would need to be able to fit atleast 2 and hopefully 3 into my budget of 50 dollars and they need to be able to be shipped to SD California if from an obscure site. I know that the dBA ratings on fans are usually skewed or out right lies or measured from like 10m away, so if you are reccomending a fan to me, please make it something you have used in real life and know to have pretty good air flow and be almost silent. Also any other suggestions to silence my case would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I did a test yesterday where I unplugged all three case fans and turned the CPU and VGA fans down to low speeds, I found that the other things in my case (hard drives, PSU) are quiet enough and that pretty much all my noise comes from the case fans, even the VGA/CPU HSFs turned all the way up are still inaudible behind the case fans buzzing someone end this madness for me as always, REPS+ for help.

Come on, no one can help me? also update, took out the three noisy ones and put in two quiet fans and leaving out the front intake, both hard drives are about 12c hotter than with the fan, hottest one is at 53c!!! that is unacceptable, so it looks like I have some budget bloating to do.

Don't they make rubber insulators for case fan's? They sit between the case and the fan and are supposed to absorb the vibrations from the fans.

Ok, so I ordered two RED LED SilenX 120mm, 1600RPM, 59CFM, 14dBA case fans, they also come with the rubber insulator and weighted screws so I doubt vibration will be an issue, but I only have two so one fan will have to be my crappy ones that are really low CFM too LOLZ. I ordered direct from SilenX at 25.95 a fan, hope they ship it soon and as always, expect a full review.....whenever they decide to arrive.

just put the crappy one in the back as one of your exhausts and you should be good. I think positive air pressure is better than negative.

Does the case (where the fans mount) have a bunch of little holes, or one big hole? My case was noisy, too, using only 80mm fans. If you cut a full 120mm hole where the fans go, you'll get a tremendous incrase in air flow and a great reduction in noise, too. I've got two Antec 120mm 79cfm fans (1 intake, 1 exhaust) and it's completely silent, the CPU's fan is louder.
