Hey guys, I'm about to paint the inside of my case black. Does anyone have any last minute advice/tips?

This might sound crazy,but do you think paint will adversely affect the thermal properties of the metal?

Yea, dude, I wanted to do the same thing. I probably will. What type of black is it? Flat or Gloss. I'm doing my flat black.

Are there any special types of paint I should use?

Thanks for the replies! I don't need to take anything out of the computer because it's never been assembled. =) I just got everything in yesterday, but the Raptor won't arrive until tommorrow. Because of this, I decided to do a little modding to keep me busy! I'm about to leave for the hardware store, so 1 last question.....would you suggest Matte black or Shiny black? I was thinking shiny to reflect case lighting?

Use Behr (lol i'm kidding, I personally don't know which is good for the computer, because I always use Behr to paint my walls). Go to Home Depot or Lowe's and ask
