Default Case light suggestions

I am planning on doing a couple of Blue cold cathode lights in my case. I want the kind where I have 2 bulbs and the switch to turn them on/off is located on a PCI card. I had a few questions.

1.) Where do most people mount them, on the bottom of the case? Would it look good there?

2.) If I mount them on the bottom and I have 15" of space in length, should I do dual 12"s or 15's?

3.) Would dual 12" be bright enough?

4.) I was planning on buying them on xoxide. What are the most reliable long lasting ones?

I have this kit, I got it from xoxide but they don't have it anymore:

They're plenty bright and good quality. I mounted 1 on the bottom and 1 on the back. Except I unplugged one of them because it was too bright. lol
