I have seen something like this, a tiny little remote control to start your computer, where can I get one with nothing else, just a remote to start it up and or shut it down.

You could make your own with parts from radio shack. Just wire up an IR led, And recieveing led, and when power goes through one, itll switch the computer on.

Here's another page, I think it's a how to. Plug in a cheap IR Reciever to your serial or USB and you'll be able to turn it on with a remote.
