Default My first window mod
Here is my first window I have ever made to a sidepanel. I'm glad that I got it pretty smooth because I had no c-molding and the only thing I used to cut it was a dremel. It took some time but overall I'm really happy with the outcome.

very clean cut-work there mate very clean
it would look uber spectacular with some thin trim molding/u-channel
45 degree corners are tricky to pull off tho.
The size u-channel Bill sells at mnpctech.com would look great on that cut out

Next I'm gonna buy some thin u-channel as CattleRustler reccomended. It should stay on the edge without glue right?

it should but I did have problems with it on Jessie's Gumdrop sagging since the case steel was really thin. worst case, a dab of glue here and there, or tape from the inside will help hold it
