right i just bought i pc and its like themed like emachine computers are and i want to add another dvd drive to it but i want the face to be the same how would i take the drive face of the 1 i just bought

they pop off some even give u a tool to tkae them off

they usually just pop out try using a knife but be careful not to scratch the new pc lol

there should be two lil holes on each side that you can push in and pull off at the same time

firstly, you must relese the tray. There is a pin hole located some where on the face plate, that you will need to straitan out a paper clip, and push the strait end into the hole, untill you hear a click, and the tray should slide out alittle.
the faceplae on the tray is heald on with 2 clips, just lift them out and up.
i cnat remember the rest of the face plate removal process.

not ALL rom drives are easy to pull faces off of. try and get one that comes with different faces, unless you find one that is the same color as your case. reguardless of the color case i have (all mine are black actually ) I like to use black drives. THats my personal preference.. the only drives I have that arent black are ones that were given to me.
