Start with a blowhole, and possibly adding another 80mm fan hole to the back.

Why is there something sticking out of the back? Is that the motherboard tray? Is that a Lian Li case or something? I want one. I'd put a window in the top of the case.

no its not a lian li, but it is like the closest thing to one. here is a link to it. it is a quality case in my opinion. there isnt any sharp edges or anything. and to me, it looks cool.

EDIT: yes that is the mobo tray.

Ok, if i were you and was looking to make something that'd look supercool yet easy, try this. Get a fan guard/grill that you like with a cool design in it, copy design onto the side window, cut it out . But that's kind of dumb if your going to slap the grill gaurd on their anyways

Second Idea:
http://kingwin.com/data/images/62520...Mrear-view.jpg
In that picture, next to the pci slots i see a lot of room for some rheostats Get a fan like this one and mount the rheostat that comes with it into a nice little hole on the side. If you get four of them you could have four evenly spaced little rheostats sticking out of the back giving you a nice factory job look, although it may cause some hassle turning your 'puter around everytime you want to go to sleep or game(changing fan speeds).

Edit:

ooh, just thought of something. Put your harddrives in a cool looking cooler something like this and mount them backwards, if you have two drives it will look sick! And you may want to paint the inside of your case BLOOD RED. And, preferably get a mobo with the same color paint, it'd look awesome dude!
