Default My PCI Case fan mod XD

lol, since I got no more room for case fans and this blue led fan just sits here, I used a glue gun and glued it to the pci plate, dunno if its safe =), but heres a pic, I took it quickly so its not the clearest, any advice I would need to do to this?

Not bad? how is that not safe tho? glue is typically non-conditive besides, its plastic on metal so it wont conduct anything. is that for your gfx card?

Is it on the bracket pretty firm? Like if you pick it up by the bracket and kinda shake it doest it wobble at all?
