Firstly thankyou both, I really enjoyed doing it as my first mod, the cooling is insane, especially for cheap OEM fans.
Intake: 4x 80mm + 120mm = 205cfm (Side + Front)
Exhaust: 2x 120mm + 92mm = 202cfm (Top + Rear)

I heard from another guy to reverse the HDD so I'll definitely try that, as well as moving it to the bottom. I won't be doing it right away though, I really CBF right now. Between Disassemble, Modification, Re-Assemble and Cable Management I've spent 15hr over 2 days doing it + attending my part time job, I'm stuffed!
Maybe, just maybe I'll have one last crack at cabling this weekend, depends how I feel. If I do I'll get ASAP.

Tnx for all the support OCN!

Firstly thankyou.

I Originally I bought a cheap set of hole saws from Bunnings. ($11.40)
But they were so crap and the wrong size (Woop-de-bloody-do, $11.40 who cares!) that I ended doing as follows:
Certain parts had that honeycomb mesh on them, so a pair of Tin-Snips, a file, and a Dremel soon neatened them up. (Front, Rear, and 1 side.)
For the top an 3 other side fans I (Instead of using the Hole Saw) traced the outline of a fan, then proceeded to drill a series of small holes along this line with a small Drill bit.
I then clipped out these little holes with a pair of wire cutters, Filed, and Dremelled again. For the top one's I even added molding as the Chrome grills don't sit flush and the cut shows, the side fans' Grill's all sit flush so no cut is visible.

Thankyou too. I am very pleased with the result, but it's not finished. (I'll explain why.)

The loudest fan in the case is the 92mm @ 34dBA, but it sounds quieter IMO, very tolerable!

When I'm gaming or listening to music it doesn't bother me.
When I'm sleeping and downloading however it does.

If you go back and look at some of the case mod pics you'll notice a small hole in the front left of the case's top panel.
This 20mm hole is to house a Rocker switch that I will eventually wire into the Molex line that delivers power to my "Sunbeam Molex to 6x 3-Pin".

This device is powering the top and side fans.
When disabled, the front and rear fans will remain active (Along with the Vantec Spectrum) which will be adequate for Idling.
When at load just the flick of a switch to surge to full power!

I deem this to be easier and cheaper. I don't need quieter, I'd rather just have them off.

Unlike a fan controller, this way I can have silence AND turn off all the LED's at the same time, win-win.

Cool work, but paint that silver front plate black, will be more sleek looking than Q-Tek plastic.

+rep for cool mod.
