if not, get 2x512 sticks of some decent ram and get a 6200...

It all dpends on what you like to do. Do you like to play games? Then get a new video card. $150 will go a long ways these days. You should check out the 6800LE for like $125 and you might unlock it to 16 pipes if you are luckey.

EDIT: No, wait, get more ram before a video card. What cpu type do you have? Not a celeron I hope

Ok, so, here's what you need:

New cpu
New motherboard
New ram
New video card
Um... new comptuer lol

You really can't upgrade that thing without creating any bottlenecks except the hard drive and ram.

Well I would say your mobo, i mean you really need an apg 8x slot, you can get a decent one for around 50 bux, and then spend the rest on new ram

That celeron is socket 478, right? For about 150 you should be able to get a new motherboard and a gig of value ram. Or maybe 1X 512 stick of value ram. Make sure it's PC3200.
