I am leaving the ghetto style and will spend a lot of time on this case mod. I even did a model today, just so I get an idea how much metal I'll need and what's the finished product going to look like.

case + fanduct and metal bars 50cm x 50cm
80mm not including PSU fan: 10
120mm fan: 4

thinckness of main frame: 2 mm aluminium
thickness of fan duct: 1 mm aluminium
thinkness of the internal fan duct 0.5 mm aluminium

That's just as good as water cooling without the water or the need to refill, noisy thou...

I have 2 rads (one 2x80mm and one 120mm)
2 res (not showing in the model)
2 pumps
2 wc block, one cpu one gfx

and there's an internal fan duct not showing as well... like I said before, this case will not only meet the ATX and BTX standard, it will also meet TTX (lol my own standard for EMI shield and wc+air cooling) standards.

that would be sweet if you could some how build a case that could hold 2 complete systems. Eg, like one for gaming, and one for folding/internet browsing and school work.
